Evaluation findings - May 2023

Cornwall community hubs are places and spaces that act as a central point of voluntary, community and social enterprise (VCSE) contact and support for their communities. They are a place where people can find friendship, acquire new skills and share their expertise, and get help and advice on aspects such as food, employment, housing, finances, health, and wellbeing. Community hubs are, in the main, a network of existing charitable organisations – operated by paid staff, many with support from volunteers.

Between November 2022 and March 2023, Helpforce acted as an evaluation partner to gain insights about how the hubs work and to understand more about the impact that they are having.
