100% of staff agreed who had worked with volunteers are a key part of their team (n=13). 100% of staff who had worked with volunteers reported no challenges in working with volunteers. (n=13). 92% of staff who had worked with volunteers reported they were satisfied or very satisfied with dining companions support. (n=13). Further we gained additional qualitative insights such as "they are a god send to us" and "our ward couldn't cope without the support of the dining companions".
