61% of volunteers who completed the Volunteer to Career programme went on to secure paid employment or further education / training related to health and care. 23% went on to secure paid employment within health and care and 42% went on to secure further education / training related to health and care. (n= 31 volunteers who completed the pathway, across 6 hospice sites, some volunteers secured both employment and education places).
